Anastasia Mikova is a Ukrainian-born film director and journalist who has been living and working in France for more than 20 years. Her work has always focused on social and humanistic themes. Among other things, Anastasia has made documentaries on issues such as illegal immigration, organ trafficking or surrogacy. In 2009, Anastasia became the editor-in-chief of a series of documentaries "Earth from Above" for French television, which marked the beginning of her collaboration with the famous French photographer and film director Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
